Additional information about lunches
Request lunch at Smulders Catering for groups meeting at HPC using the form below.
This only applies to internal lunches at HPC.
Important points:
- This request comes directly to Smulders Catering - they will contact you about confirmation and any questions.
- Please request lunch at least 1 week in advance. If the desired date falls within 1 week, Smulders will have to check whether this is feasible and you will be informed about this.
Lunch boxes:
- For the lunch boxes, additional delivery costs are charged once at €35.00
- The lunch boxes are served at the location request. If you specify, for example, Trilogy Room, it will be placed outside the Trilogy Room.
- The lunch boxes are served with cutlery, plates & glasses
- Please note: this is without staff so please clean up everything yourself afterwards (dishes in the dishwasher, boxes of the sandwiches to the old paper)
Lunch buffet
- The lunch buffet is always served on the buffet table in the Hall of Fame (unless otherwise stated)
- At the lunch buffet there are staff from Smulders present (they will make sure everything is cleaned up
Staff lunch
- Eat what is served
- Pick up yourself in the canteen between 12:00-13:00
- Make sure you apply for this, extra large groups are not expected
