Powless just outside top ten in moutain time trial Colorado
Neilson Powless has finished just outside the top ten in the second stage of the Colorado Classic. In the mountain time trial of almost sixteen kilometers in Vail, the 21-year-old American finished thirteenth, fifty-nine seconds behind stage winner and new race leader Gavin Mannion. Powless holds the same position in the general classification.
