Team LottoNL-Jumbo wants to benefit in Westrozebeke

Team LottoNL-Jumbo will start in the Belgian race Westrozebeke on Monday 27 July. The Dutch squad wants to benefit from the one-day-races they rode earlier this week in Belgium.

“We’re with the same riders and we’re approaching it the same way as we did in those other Belgian races”, sports director Erik Dekker says. “We did three of those races in a row. Afterwards, we’re able to take a few days to recover, so we can profit in Westrozebeke.”

One of the contenders in the Belgian race is Tom Van Asbroeck. “I’m feeling strong”, the Belgian sprinter says. “My form is increasing and I notice that in these races. Monday is going to be another interesting one. It’s good to participate in this kind of races to prepare for the Tour of Poland.”

Line-up:

Tom van Asbroeck, Brian Bulgac, Rick Flens, Moreno Hofland, Nick van der Lijke, Barry Markus, Timo Roosen, Mike Teunissen, Robert Wagner and Maarten Wynants.

Sports Director:
Erik Dekker
