Video: Bennett looses two places in GC after mechanical issue on Zoncolan
After stage fourteen of the Giro d’Italia, George Bennett is eight in the general classification. The rider from New Zealand suffered a mechanical failure after 1.5 kilometre on the Zoncolan, at which point teammate Robert Gesink went to help him. Despite this, he was stationary for a minute, so he subsequently was in the pursuit during the entire climb. He ultimately finished twelfth, 1.50 minutes behind winner Chris Froome.
